User Data Deletion Instructions
At HGRCB, we value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. If you wish to delete your account or any data associated with your use of our services/app, please follow the steps below:
Method 1: Direct Request via Email (Recommended) You can request the deletion of your personal data at any time by sending an email to our support team.
- Email: info@hgrcd.com
- Subject: Request for Data Deletion – [Your Account Name/Email]
- Details to Include:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your account
- A brief statement requesting the deletion of your data
Once we receive your request, we will process it and permanently delete your personal data from our primary databases within 7 to 14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.
Method 2: Remove Facebook App Access If you logged in or connected using your Facebook account, you can also revoke our app’s access to your Facebook data by following these steps:
- Log in to your Facebook account.
- Go to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
- In the left-hand menu, click on Apps and Websites.
- Find HGRCB in the list and click Remove.
Types of Data Deleted Upon receiving a deletion request, we will permanently erase:
- Profile information (Name, Email ID, Profile Picture)
- Account settings and preferences
- Activity and usage logs associated with your account
Note: Certain transactional data or legal records may be retained for compliance and legal purposes as required by law.
